I did get in touch with Scuba St. Lucia and he stated that the divers would need to be there at 10:30 for the 11:00 dive because the later dive would be too late to make it back to the ship. Could we skip the volcano tour and make it there by 10:30? and and stay on the beach until 2 or 2:30 and finish the tour on the way back???
