tour operators in St.Lucia normally depart 1/2 hour after the ship comes into port castries. We were sailing on the Carnival Victory and the ship came arrived to port at 8:00. You will be told to get off the ship as soon as we could, so that the tour could begin promptly at 8:30.

I will be getting married in St. Lucia on May 26th and will be arriving in St. Lucia via a cruise ship. My 11 guests will require transportation from the cruise ship to the beach where we will be married.  I wanted to find out if you had vans for transport and what the cost would be per person? I think the wedding will be on Pigeon beach. Also, do you know how long a drive that would be from the ship?

What beach are we going to and do they have a restaurant, beach chairs/umbrellas?  Also we arrive into port at 8:00 and will want to start our tour around 9:00 a.m.  The boat leaves at 5:00 p.m.

If the older members in the group want to go back to the ship earlier can the driver take them back and then come back at the end of the day to pick up the rest of the group?

I sent all of the information to the 2 other families going with us so they can review and make a decision.  Thanks for all of your help.  I did get in touch with Scuba St. Lucia and he stated that the divers would need to be there at 10:30 for the 11:00 dive because the later dive would be too late to make it back to the ship.  Could we skip the volcano tour and make it there by 10:30? and and stay on the beach until 2 or 2:30 and finish the tour on the way back???   If there is a restaurant on the beach, that may work out better for all.  I should know by Wed. or Thursday if everyone wants to go.
